Terms of use
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms apply between you and BX2 Invest AS when you use Black Book. By creating an account, you accept them.
Age limit
You must be 18 or older to use Black Book. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are deleted.
Your account
You sign in with your ID and password. We cannot recover a forgotten password, and we cannot restore conversations that were deleted or only existed on a phone you have lost. You are responsible for keeping your ID and password safe.
Your account is personal. You may not sell it, give it away or impersonate anyone else.
What is not allowed
You may not use Black Book to:
- Share sexual content involving children. We have zero tolerance, ban the account and report it to the police
- Threaten, harass, stalk or extort anyone
- Commit fraud, sell illegal goods or services, or carry out other criminal activity
- Share other people's private information or images without consent
- Send spam, malware or automated messages
- Try to bypass security, attack the service or impersonate Black Book
Content in Nearby
Content you post in Nearby is visible to others within the reach you choose. You own your content, but give us the right to store and show it in the app while it is up.
Reported content is reviewed by people. We may remove content and ban accounts that break these terms, without notice. Private conversations are end-to-end encrypted, and we cannot see them.
In-app purchases
Some features may require credits, bought through the App Store or Google Play. Credits are tied to your account, cannot be transferred to others and cannot be exchanged for money. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules.
If you delete your account, unused credits are lost.
The service
We work to keep Black Book available and secure, but cannot promise it will always run without interruption. We may change, add or remove features.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by losing your ID, password or phone.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time with Kill Switch. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top, and let you know in the app for significant changes. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
Questions about the terms can be sent to hjelp@blackbook.no.
